Please choose carefully as we only issue a refund if the items you received are damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong item.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Please contact us within 7 days with your order number and email address via the 'Request a Return' online form at the bottom of our Home Page.

(Please take photos on immediate receipt of goods of the faults, and keep all original tags, and packaging.)

We will send a shipping label for return of the goods, and once received, will issue the refund to your original payment method.

What Sizing Do You Use?

Each garment has its own Size Guide, please compare with your own measurements.  As you see below Sizes vary between countries.

Please do not purchase by your usual XL size.  Choose your garment by your Bust, Waist, Hip, measurements eg, 38" Bust, 35" Waist, 40" Hip.

If you're still unsure reach out to us, we can help you choose the right size.

How Long is Your Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping at standard shipping rates.  Depending on your location, this can take up to 2-3 weeks.  However we always do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Please be patient as due to the worldwide Covid crisis, the shipping industry has been affected.

Please let us know before you purchase if you urgently need an item.  We can offer Express shipping at an extra cost.

What Do I Do If The Item I Am Looking for Is No Longer Available?

Our most popular items do tend to sell out quickly.  If you’ve seen something you love, our recommendation is to purchase, or risk missing out as there is no guarantee the item you’re after will be restocked.

Seasonal items are typically not restocked, but we may receive a return that would make the item available again. We have no way to predict this, so we would encourage you to check back frequently.

We try our best to ensure the color in the image is an accurate representation of the color of the product, but it can appear slightly different depending on the screen you are viewing it on.

Your card/account will be debited immediately.
