Refund policy

 To start a return have your order number and email ready and please fill out our Returns Form.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchasing your item to request a return.

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Refunds
Please choose carefully because we only refund if we have sent the wrong item, or if the item is damaged or faulty. 

Please take photos of the faults as soon as you receive it, and keep the receipt and all tags together in its original packaging. Shipping is at our cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or via shop credit.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
If you've chosen the wrong size, or don't the style, or whatever reason, no worries you can Exchange it.  Fill out the Returns form to begin the process.

Goods returned must have original tags still intact, and in original packaging

Shipping will be at customer cost. We'll email you to let you know the return address.

Once we receive and check the returned items, we will issue a Credit Code so you can make a new purchase.  

Non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear or underwear.
  • Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty due to health and safety reasons. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, discounted or sale items or gift cards.
